I am doing well despite a few bumps. My Dad has been given a few weeks to live so we are very busy with him. I'm also about to pop so... That is interesting in itself. Beyond that, I am as well prepared as I can be. I am surrounded by the best people ever. Bill is being his excellent supportive super man self. Plus Dad is of coarse doing everything with style. He actually has been in a very good mood which says tons about his perception and strength. I'm learning so much from him these past few days that I'm a bit blown away. I am so lucky to know him. Beyond that all I can say is life is one heck of a ride, that's for sure.

Hey Ana and All,
Thanks for looking me up. :D Haven't climbed for a bit so don't feel it's real appropriate to post much on this forum.
So sorry I had to miss the party Ms. Pepper. Really wanted to be there and celebrate the new life along with the great times we have had. Thanks for all you've done for me, getting me on in my own new life.
I also need to sell my gas gorger and get a more fuel efficient vehicle, then I can party more. Miss you mucho along with Bill. Can't wait to hook up with you all again. Tell Bill I tried to return his call but his voice mail was full. Sorry about your Pop. Please give him a Huge hug from me. Tell him I will never forget the kindness he showed me when I visited or the big pot of shrimp he had cooking in the kitchen.
I love you and keep you always in my prayers along with all youse gals and guys on the Taco.

Oh, happy that you are doing well Lynne! It's hard to reach you these days!!! Yes, Bill's message box does have a tendency to get full. He usually does more in a day than most do in a week. Actually a bit annoying since I can't keep up despite all my trying. :)
Beyond that Dad is having a good day today so I'm happy. Plus the baby is dancing around so I spend most of my time getting my lungs shrunk or getting it in the bladder. I figure he has Bill's sense of humor. :)

Your Dad, I don't know what to say, but i did say a prayer for him and your child. I've no words to give you other than my prayers for your Dad. This is the way of man, we all eventually go home.
Your life is gonna suck a bit with the newborn but hang in there! You and Bill have an awesome ride on yer hands.

Ana, this was such a special and kind and beautifully sweet thread. It just resurfaced as I was paging thru the ST Album tonight.
You said Bills's voice mail was full cause he did more in a day than most in a week. Hard for you to keep up.....
I laughed tonight as I recalled the fun we have had together. How your bright spirit, quick wit and humor and fast acting and thinking taught me so much when I re entered the " Community" 5 years ago.

As much as this would be great to do, and certainly fun and something totally new (ah, a week off work)… Unfortunately the same reason I can't seem to make it to the Facelifts is the reason I'd not be able to visit and climb and party in San Diego. My nervous system has taken a dump… it's being eaten by my immune system…. I Have no balance, difficulty walking any lengthy distance and I'm generally tired after 8-10 hours…among other things.
So as much as I'd love to visit I Just can't.
It's not a matter of giving up. It's more like an understood acceptance of my situation. It is what it is. It's not anything else.

Well Sir Jingy, you rank high on my list of people I've ever met. To be bested at Bocci by Jingy the first time was tough. The second time ..... oh not so bad, cause I got to know yo Dude.
Anyway, I don't give in or up easily. I have been know to drive to the bay area (is that where you be?) and bring several friends down to this crazy place to hang.
Never say never, Friend. Let's just see if anything plays out......
But in the mean time you know (well maybe you didn't, but now you do) that I be thinking the bestest positive thoughts for you and praying. Cheers, L.
