Netflix has some cool streaming documentaries.
Saw one about some people climbing the Table mountains in Venezuela and then rapping down Angel Falls. Looks like quite the adventure.
Anyone out there seen some other good videos on Netflix, climbing or otherwise? post em up.
Couldn't access Netflix from here at work, but here is link that has some info on the movie.

Just watched 'The Mountain' last night, with Spencer Tracy & Robert Wagner. Wagner was a really good arsehole!
The climbing is typically silly, but there is also some really classic, beautiful shots. We watched it by DVD, but it streams, too.

Make sure you catch "High Lane," a gripping story of young attractive people, Euro-hillbilly cannibals, and VIA FERRATA!!

I saw that High Lane on Netflix streaming a while back. It was one of those "so bad you have to keep watching it" kind of movies.
I guess the cover pic kind of tells you that already.

I enjoyed "80 Meters Below the Summit". Not the slickest production but real climbing and available streaming. I would also second the recommendations of "Deep Water" and "Am Limit".
Also, do not miss "Anvil! The Story of Anvil".

Got to stream "North Face" (about failed early attempt on the Eiger) directly to my TV and ipad. Netflix is awesome.

Someone say 'The Deep'?
Edit for bluering, below:
You have such a nice way with words, bluering. Can't imagine why people give you so much shite.

Check out Cave of Forgotten Dreams by Werner Herzog. About the oldest known cave paintings, like they date back to the ice age and they are very detailed, definitely not your typical stick men type stuff. Pretty cool.
Also if you haven't seen it you HAVE to check out King of Kong, amazing doc.

Horatios Drive
About the first road trip across america. Really cool look at life in the early 20th century and the competition to make the first practical automobile.
