Is that the flake just left of Five and Dime? If so, there is a small crack inside that allows easy progress until you get a perfect heel/toe.

Copper Penny 5.10a, typical of many offwidths, the technical crux is at the thin moves (well protected) entering the wide section, which is straight forward, though not protected (a #5 doesn't go very far)

If you ignore (or don't notice) the big rail inside the OW, then the crux
becomes the OW, with a stout section where you lose the fist jam but cannot
get a knee in the crack. Probably 5.10c.

As it happens, I was unaware of that handrail when I led it.
I was belaying from the top of the flake.
What a surprise to see Ed and Gary grab that thing!
