I'd even point a finger toward them in the whole bursting of the bubble in the home building industry. Sure it was the big wig bankers pushing the contractors to hire the cheap work for cash entrepreneurs. ( with most of that monies leaving the states). And in that decade or two of the most money ever to change hands the world has ever seen. Meanwhile tax paying citizens had to scramble and lower their prices right into poverty. And the karma for this big lie Ushered us right into Recession. BAM! that's reality. And we think we're better than china with slave labor? Give me a break

Ya illegals were buying over priced houses they couldn't afford..
And blowing imaginary equity out of their asses .

Lol

Idiots

If it wasn't for illegal slave labor you dummies would be paying 10 bucks for a single strawberry

Better yet - uneducated drains on the system, like the very proud chief, would be washing dishes to support himself instead of collecting disabilty.
Cause our economy would never support any if this sh#t if it wasn't for very cheap illegal skave labor from Mexico ...

The freaking arrogance of these guys ...

You realize this is total horseshit right??

The U.S. Census Bureau just released 2008 figures showing the national average total per-pupil funding from all revenue sources was $12,028. Although estimates of the number of school-age children of illegal immigrants don’t separate those attending public vs. private schools, it’s reasonable to assume that nearly all attend public schools since most come from lower-income families. Therefore, if one multiplies $12,028 by the roughly 3.7 million students with illegal-immigrant parents, then one gets a national total funding cost of $44.5 billion.
http://www.ajc.com/news/news/opinion/educating-illegal-immigrants-is-costly/nQjSw/

The cost figures escalated some six years later (current) to the $52B I posted.

You want to see them figures ref'd and cited?

4.5 Million Students with illegal-immigrant parents in 2010

5.2 Million Students with illegal-immigrant parents in in 2012

Add up the numbers.

That fancy math really fools you eh??

The entire federal education budget is 56 billion !!!!!

Lol

Can you grasp the reality of that ?

And that the facts you are reading are not worth wiping our asses with ?

This is why we ask for peer- reviewed scientific data on the climate change thread .
Because any f*#k-tard can write anything
And if you don't have the ability to tell the difference you are going to believe anything !!

Like the cost of educating illegals is greater than the entire federal education budget !!!
Just think about that
All the schools in all the states !!

what part of....(See bold)

Education for the children of illegal aliens constitutes the single largest cost to taxpayers, at an annual price tag of nearly $52 billion. Nearly all of those costs are absorbed by state and local governments.

Did you not understand.

Federal has absolutely NOTHING to do with it.

STATE and LOCAL.

"And go'in towards my social security. Which will prolly be dead in 15 yrs. "

Illegals use fake (somebody else's) SSN to get jobs, meaning they're paying into SS but will never see a dime. You think they're a drain on the system, but of course, like everything else your whack-job "mentality" tells you, the exact opposite is true.

In what is being reported as a surprise move, the 40,000 members of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) announced that they have formally ended their association with the AFL-CIO, one of the nation's largest private sector unions. The Longshoremen citied Obamacare and immigration reform as two important causes of their disaffiliation.

In an August 29 letter to AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, ILWU President Robert McEllrath cited quite a list of grievances as reasons for the dissolution of their affiliation, but prominent among them was the AFL-CIO's support of Obamare.

"We feel the Federation has done a great disservice to the labor movement and all working people by going along to get along," McEllrath wrote in the letter to Trumka.

The ILWU President made it clear they are for a single-payer, nationalized healthcare policy and are upset with the AFL-CIO for going along with Obama on the confiscatory tax on their "Cadillac" healthcare plan.

The Longshoreman leader said, "President Obama ran on a platform that he would not tax medical plans and at the 2009 AFL-CIO Convention, you stated that labor would not stand for a tax on our benefits." But, regardless of that promise, the President has pushed for just such a tax and Trumka and the AFL-CIO bowed to political pressure lining up behind Obama's tax on those plans.

Yup, that what they're saying in public. It's a cover story. It has nothing to do with ObamaCare - sorry, TGT. You failed again.

http://www.oregonlive.com/business/index.ssf/2013/08/longshore_union_pulls_out_of_n.html

The West Coast longshore union is pulling out of the national AFL-CIO, citing "attacks" in which the umbrella organization's members blatantly cross picket lines at Northwest grain terminals.

Robert "Big Bob" McEllrath, president of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, broke the news in a letter obtained by The Oregonian Friday. In the three-page letter sent Thursday, McEllrath told AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka the ILWU would sever its 25-year affiliation with the federation, cutting formal ties because organization members sabotaged dock workers.

The defection exposes a major schism in organized labor as well as the increasingly embattled status of the dockworkers' union, a financially pressed organization threatened by automation that shrinks its base of almost 60,000 dues-paying members. Northwest conflicts, such as a 2011 challenge by an AFL-CIO affiliate that tried to displace longshoremen at a new grain terminal in Longview, Wash., are central to the historic fallout.

McEllrath sent the letter a day after a federal administrative law judge issued a withering decision directing the San Francisco-based longshore union to stop disrupting Port of Portland operations and to quit seeking work that the judge said belonged to another AFL-CIO affiliate, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. McEllrath didn't mention the decision, but he cited numerous other perceived offenses as well as disenchantment with the AFL-CIO on policy issues ranging from taxes to immigration.

Hahahahahaha - that's what you get for using Breitbart as a "source".

Major New Study On Obamacare Premiums Should End The ‘Rate Shock’ Hysteria Once And For All
BY SY MUKHERJEE ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2013 AT 8:56 AM

The most comprehensive study on Obamacare to date finds that Americans’ insurance premiums under the health law will be “lower than expected.” Many Americans will pay even less than the top-line rates after factoring in government subsidies for their health coverage, with some paying nothing at all for crucial medical coverage.
The Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) looked at individual policy prices in the 17 states, plus the District of Columbia, that have released comprehensive numbers for their Obamacare insurance marketplaces. Since premiums under the law will vary based on factors such as age and geographic location, KFF chose to examine how much the second-least expensive “Silver” mid-level plan and the least-expensive bare-bones “Bronze” level plan would cost for 25-year-old, 40-year-old, and 60-year-old Americans in those 17 states’ largest cities. The report includes both the top-line prices for those demographics, as well as what their costs would be after factoring in government subsidies based on varying income levels.
According to KFF’s findings, a single 40-year-old in Los Angeles could buy the second-cheapest mid-level plan for $255 per month — but if that person makes just under $30,000 per year, he or she will only have to pay $193 per month after receiving a government subsidy.
Strikingly, in every city analyzed, a family of four with two 40-year-old adults and a household income of $60,000 per year would pay $409 per month for the second-cheapest Silver plan after receiving subsidies. That’s more or less in line with the average $4,565 per year that workers currently contribute towards their employer-sponsored health insurance plans.
The report also finds good news for younger and older Americans. In Seattle, a 25-year-old making $28,725 per year will pay $193 per month for a Silver plan after subsidies and $138 per month for the cheapest Bronze plan after subsidies. For a single 60-year-old with the same income, those number would be $193 per month and $44 per month, respectively, after factoring in subsidies. And in Burlington, Vermont, both a single 25-year-old making $25,000 per year and a 60-year-old couple making a combined $30,000 per year would pay nothing at all for the cheapest, bare-bones Bronze plan.
While the KFF researchers emphasized that there will be significant variation in Obamacare premiums depending on geographic location, they concluded that premiums would be lower than what the government expected, writing, “the latest projections from the Congressional Budget Office imply that the premium for a 40-year-old in the second lowest cost silver plan would average $320 per month nationally. Fifteen of the eighteen rating areas we examined have premiums below this level, suggesting that the cost of coverage for consumers and the federal budgetary cost for tax credits will be lower than anticipated.”
Plans purchased through the Obamacare marketplaces will be significantly more robust than current individual policies, which often skimp on essential coverage to bring down their prices and have been dismissed by consumer advocates as “junk insurance.” Obamacare marketplace plans must cover 10 broad categories of “essential health benefits,” including for prescription drug coverage, mental health services, and maternity care.
