It was nice seeing Cosmic yesterday. He's incomputer-cado at the moment. Still working his window-wash gig. Got him out climbing for a day. Yay!

IMHO Dwain is one of the nicest Tacos ever to grace the pages of ST. With a heart as big as his ever-ready toothy grin, and a talent for art (both CG and Tie-dyed) that eclipses all contenders, he's one of my favorite peeps and always will be.

Big hug to you Cosmic.

KOCITD!

In my view, it's Cosmic's duty to return at once. He's still one Donini-smurf down... Pc or not Pc... duty is duty...

Here he is cleaning a route he put up in the late 70's - the area trad classic:

And the big cam he is cleaning? He made that in the early 80's to protect this climb. Dwain's "secret weapon", the 4.5:

Hi everyone.
I'm back in Vegas for a couple of days so I am near a computer.

I had fun with Justthemaid and MisterE on Sunday climbing at Horsemans Center. I haven't done much climbing lately because not many climbers in the Apple Valley area, and I've been to broke to wander farther than the Apple Valley area, so It's Awesome when friends can make it to Apple Valley to climb with me.

It's nice to get back to see the Wife in Vegas. I have only gotten to see her for 10 days since Jan 11th, so the 2 days I am spending here will be much enjoyed. :) I probably won't be on the computer much though while I am here. ;)

You all take it easy.

The man's alive and well! I drove out yesterday for some high-desert hi-jinx at a super-secret location. Sorry.. no tie-dye this time. It was chilly. Cosmic and I had an awesome full day of climbing. Thanks Dwain.

"Appreciation" ...?

I just 'tolerate' the guy.
He keeps calling me up with this enthusiastic tone of voice,
Positive outlook and desire to go climb no matter how hard he has been working.

How do you say 'No!" to a guy like that ?
Perfect, late October day. No wind, blue skies and partner that is equa...

If you look closely, Maid, the hoodie is tie dyed. Black tie dye that is.
And, I am also wearing my tie dyed hat.

Mystery, mystery, mystery.

She's changing into her tie-dyed lingerie...

Looks like CC's gonna hopefully get to stay in Vegas, too.

I'll let the rumor mill start grinding and the man can fill you all in as he sees fit.

Topo Gigio, a VW full of tie-dyed clowns, and Wild Stallions couldn't drag me into revealing anything more about this crag than I already have. And I'm not saying anything about his possibilities...which may or may not happen. All in good time.

Best of luck, CC, and it was good of you to think of me and to call JUST AS I WAS WORKING ON THESE SAME SHOTS!!!

The Synch loves tie-dye. Face it.

If they had tie-dye and he wasn't such a mama's boy, JC would've been sporting a cloak of mahy colors.

Mary probably would've thought it too flatlander or too progressive...you know Jewish mountain mammas!

Nazareth seems to me to have been a bit like Mariposa, more condensed, of course, and no ROADHOUSES!

And one dang church, er syagogue, though, that kinda shoots a hole in the comparison.

Well, looka there, no synagogue nor seder doin's.

Sure...I told him I wanted to take a picture of a maniac. No reason for him to be RUDE!

(I meant to tell Dwain tonight about this run-in on the way to El Portal the other night...)

I asked his spouse to apologize. She said he just had a stick up his arse!

It's so GOOD to hear from our most ColorfulCharacter!

Looking forward to RED, baby! Gonna stay in Vegas, maybe! Chill with the Green Monsters. Eat BLTs and peas...

CosmicMc, peace.
