Not to forget the great Corsican climber Antoine Savelli who was the first to solo Touchstone in a day.

But I can remember doing Touchstone numerous times in the '80s in a day without fixing (but that was with the placements memorized). Once I started getting high in my topsteps before even looking at the next placements my wall speed picked up.

I can still remember how bad my feet hurt after climbing Rainbow Wall and Lev 29 with Josh. I was still 100% dirtbag and my shoes were second hand and many sizes too small.

Was a real bummer to not turn the hat trick with Josh on Epi.
Didn't climb in 2016. Thoughts of "speed" are from another life at this point.

We did free the whole thing, but I took a fall on the second pitch of Rainbow Wall. Louis had a no falls day (as usual...). Apparently I have 2 accounts here... I am also Shirtless...
