hey there say, now, john, in case i missed something, and you alread HAVE one of these, then: ooopsss, :)

but if not... well, then:

johntp.... oh my!... okay, now... well:

take a deep breath, and relax and soak it in, very softly and enjoy it...

it HAPPENS here at supertopo that we get these THINGS called:

APPRECIATION THREADS... :))

YEP...

yep, and you've been here long enough to have seen them, and so now,
well, it's just YOUR turn, is all... :)

okay, here goes:

ol' johntp... well, he has stepped in to help folks in need..
and many of you have seen this in the past...

and now, as of recent with pat, and philo...

also, too, during some hard times of finance, due to moving and using every bit to make this place presentable in what are small ways to other, but were hard for me, he HELPED my dreamcatcher business and i was able to
do these things...

god bless to all our supertopo heroes here, that climbed through life,
and their hard times, to move out into the meadows and
help others keep on climing, forward...

thanks john...
and many god blesses, to keep your path heading strong and well, as you keep checking on it, and for more future meadows of stable good times, along the climbs of life...

John has helped my family and I out in a time when we were really struggling. He basically threw us the life preserver when we were sinking. I appreciate his kindness and caring more than I can ever say. Not only has he helped our family out, but he has been an example for me to help out others when and however I can. Our situation is much much better now, thanks to lots of help from all our friends and family and "family"....John has taught us by example what to do in life;.....It's a big deal: John is someone who knows what to do and how to do it.

hey there say, johntp...

well, we'll just have to get ol' skully HIS appreciation thread too,
*he, well, uh... :) he DOES have one, though it is more like a
"wow, glad you are okay" type thread... and someone named mike?
started, it... :)

T R skully trips??
(something like that??)
as, i just checked, :)

but he needs a REAL "named" one, :)

note to skully, as the johntp appreciation thread drifts just a tad:

SKULLY! you ARE appreciated...
yep, saw all that excitement on tami's picture thread, :))

and sure as shooting at a good bull's-eye, we'll be right on the job to make sure you get a really neat one, too, we'll surprise you...

well, unless you ARE READING note now, :))

:)

after all, as to appreciation, you always make me smile here, when i see you on line and i say hey there to you, :)

see, you just did it again...

I found out the hard way, like many things, when "postin/blogin" slience is always a good substitute for one's mind. Anyway, I'd like to thank Johntp for his contributions, not only to climbing, but to my new found friend. Cheers Bra!

An oversight not to have had this before. Good call Neebee. JohnTP is a gem on supertopo. He was my secret Santa a couple of years ago and that still makes me smile. Since then, he's been a good friend and someone I think of often.

Come to Boulder soon JohnTP - we have a HH with your name on it! :)

He was pointing up and right. Not to be mistaken for the up and left.

And why is right right, but left is knott right?

hey there say, all.... thank you johntp!!!

had an extra surprise for the holiday gift collection, :)

just before the secret santa gift came from a country far-off...
(will go post that secret santa gift, now, as, the girls were here,
so we did open it)...

well--back to the surprise...

i really love the smell of PINE , but this year i had a free artificial tree (actually have NOT had a tree for long time, as, no room!), and not had pine smell, either--well, i have room now, :)

now this year, i ALSO a thrift store tree, too, for ten bucks, so
i am having a double-dose tree day, as the kids basement has one too:

but all fake and no PINE SMELL, but still lovely, warm, and cheery... :))

now, i was hoping to get out to the woods for branches but never did...

HOWEVER..... :O
this "surprise" came in the mail, and i had no idea from where, but it sure
beautified our home here!!

PINE BRANCHES!!!

and with a neat candle-center-piece...
well, it was ALL
a center-piece, actually,:)...

then, after hunting around the box, we found the order list and sent out a
thank-you email to the sender...

and--posted a HINT to the sender, as to more thank-you!! notes...
*seems he is a tad shy, so i was not sure if i should post more at the
secret santa (where this seemed to belong)...

but i got to thinking--there IS A REASON that "substenace, fruits, flowers, seeds, etc" fall from trees:

it is to FILL the soul, humble the heart, which in turn, thus encourages the blessed one to share, and PASS IT ONE...

YEP:
sharing good deeds, and sharing help to others, is MEANT to be a light
in the world and a ray of hope... the good book says:
NOT to hide your light under a bushel/basket, but to let it shine...
*course, one need not boast that one is shining, :))

but for US all that DO get blessed, it sure is wonderful to share,
and--who knows:

perhaps someone ELSE here, will be inspired to help someone in their neighborhood, apt building, or family, or even to HELP SOMEONE that is
in the hospital... or to help older folks that may just be on their
last leg of their journey, :(

so this is a APPRECIATION note again to ol'
johntp!

thank you for this very kind holiday gesture...
:)

it sparkled up our day!!!

may it sparkle up the ol' supertopo, too!!!

god bless to you all, and happy christmas time, and new year...

hey there say, all....

some one here asked if perhaps i could do a project for
something--hush hush, you know, :))
they POINTED out a neat 'route' to tackle... :))

well, in the midst of this project or uh,
'climb' and i came to a crucial point where i needed
one more helper along this route here...

it is a surprise-secret project kind of route, and hopefuly
when it is done, the view will be nice for all, however,
the view may be seen in different ways by all, so that will
be in the eye of each beholder...

well, you know how it is after a climb:
there are different views from the reached top...

well, thanks so very kindly for johntp...
he stepped up to bat, so this can be a better home-run than
i may have hoped for...

thank you so very much john, for being on the
supertopo team here, in the quest to share neat stuff
with climber, neat climbs, neat friendships to all ...

god bless you!!!!

*can't share what the help was, as THAT would give
away the other's ROUTE and it is not time yet,

:))
