Munge,
you can convert any of your digital color photos to mono with a keystroke on most editing software, even the free shareware stuff, or what is already in your computer....
iPhoto, and microsft photo viewer both have this capability.

Admire your photos Ed. Lots of compelling images here. This is a color photo converted (as you suggest) in iPhoto on the Mac. Takes a bit of an eye to determine which color shots will work in B/W. Hearst Castle, CA
