The number of interested participants will determine where we set up the sushi tent. It'll either be in the forest or on a deck with a hot tub.
It's possible sushi will be served up the 17th as well.
If I can't find another sushi chef the total number for this small event will be 16-20. So the first 16-20 that cough up some fish funds are in.
I'm pretty sure it'll be the standard $30/night but I need to check with my suppliers to make sure the price of fish didn't go the way of the price of gas.
June 18th is also Mother Nature's birthday (though she won't be attending)

Where it is held depends on a few things. IF there is a large turnout we'll be in the forest.
If there is a small turnout we'll be at P. Envy's place in Kachina Village.
One person has paid so it looks like P. Envy's place.
Though.... lot's of work has been done to All-In v.4. Just got it back from the place I bought it. Many custom welding additions. Picts at 11....

I'm feeling like I want to be in the forest for two nights. I'm putting a ton of work into All-In v.3 aka the SushiTrailer.
The shelves are in and secured. Electrical is now added with LED lights. I still need to mount the solar panel.
I just ordered a 21 gallon water tank with a 12v pump as well as a second table for the bamboo sushi bar P. Envy will help me make.
Two new stoves are sitting at P. Envy's place waiting for me.
It needs a sound system and some additional welding for outside storage (for the generator).
I also need to build a fold down desk and possibly some way to mount a flat panel monitor on the wall.
We're up to FOUR people paid. I might actually be able to really order fish at this point.

was thinking this is the way to go also. Just woke up and was gonna give you a ring. A-1 was nice and very convenient eh? Do you need special permit for there? Would be nice if we had a groover set up.

oh and I'd think we can squat at A-1 w/o a permit. We're just 20 people camped out.

It's not that difficult to get most of the people to commit. To get them to pay before they get there is another story.
I might limit this event to 16-20 people as I can't serve more than that and still enjoy myself.

Take A-1 Mountain Road Exit (Exit 191 I believe).
Go North.
At the dirt road (0.0 mi) - FS 506
Take a left at 1.5 mi - FS 506
Take a right at .6 mi (at the "T") - FS 506
.2 mi on the right is the camp.
pretty simple.
We'll be having a party tonight, tomorrow, and saturday. cruise out!
