Dunno if it's been asked, and yes, I realize it's a silly question.
To the best of my recollection, I'm at fifteen.
Concussions and ligament tears don't count, obviously. (though they are frequently more serious)

This is gonna look really bad in list form. Here goes.
In chronological order:
2 ribs (5 years old)
4 wrist (both bones, both wrists, at once-8 years old)
2 wrist (1 year later, both bones, right wrist -9years old)
3 left ankle, tib-fib and growth plate, 13 years old
2 right leg, football chop block 15 years old
2 right ankle, football, 16 years old
1 nose 17 years old
1 right hand boxer's break 18 years old
1 left ankle skatepark arcata, 19 years old
1 broken tooth, downhill mtnbike race, broken fullface helmet(do teeth count?) 19 years old
Non breaks...
4 loss of consciousness concussions, starting at five years old, out cold for a long time, big goose egg on my forehead and two blackeyes...had people separate me and my dad in the grocery store in Texas and ask me if he'd been beating me...penultimate concussion, 21 years old, resulting from a twelve foot drop on twenty feet of gap on my new downhill bike, the day I built it up. Hit the drop perfectly 4 times then I woke up in the hospital 4 hours later. Advanced life support, lacerated kidneys and liver, 8 stitches left side of left eye from broken pair of smiths in scalp, broken full face helmet, they would inject me with dye and x ray me until they saw that my internal bleeding stopped on it's own luckily. Some kids on their bikes found me convulsing unconscious and called the ambulance. I don't remember, but I guess I would strenuously try to avoid the ambulance ride to the hospital (due to the cost) then collapse unconscious, then they'd put me on a stretcher and start to load me, and I'd come to and try to get off the stretcher, then pass out again...
Got hit almost head on driving down 140 almost to Merced, past Planada. Woke up in a car with glass from the drivers side mirror stuck in my scalp from when it came through the drivers side window and knocked me out. My dad's supercharged bonneville was totalled, and it was a hit and run, which led the chp to surmise it was a drunk guy who hit me, woke up, and decided to go home before the cops got there. Left his running board though. I just remember oncoming headlights swerving hard at me about 40 or 50 feet away (we were both at highway speed) and I managed to get all but my left rear tire off the road before he hit me in the front quarter panel/driver's door...stumbled out to the road trying to wave down cars. Face covered in blood, holding my head with one hand, no-one would stop. Of course the car ended up in the orchard so the couldn't see it and I probably looked like a zombie...I keep the mirror as a momento. Has my hear and blood stuck in the broken glass. I was lucky.
Patella Femoral displacement, downhill bike locked leg hyperextension at about 30 mph. Gross. Had to wear a immobilizer for what seemed like forever. 23 years old.
Badly dislocated left shoulder. Out of place for three days. Skiing tele. Self rescue. 25 ish? Long story there. Super gnar, disgusting pain. Worse than all my breaks combined.
Bad hematoma. Mtn bike race, soil saloon in SF, crushing the entire field, on downstroke of pedal, hit the cut end of a log in the grass, catapulted me over the bars into a tree sideways. Puffed up like a baloon instantly. Like, cantaloup size. Rode to embarkadero bart, took bart to fruitvale, took the bus up the hill to my neighborhood, and laid down in my living room. Got the upstairs neighbors to drive me to Highland Hospital (sketchy) in Oakland, where they did a bunch of ultrasound, decided I wasn't bleeding internally (hard to diagnose since everything was purple and swollen, including my groin like 14 inches away.
1 month later after compression wrapping my torso. Almost healed. 27ish.
AC seperation, same shoulder. Riding my dirt jumper hardtail in Santa Cruz. 28 years old.
Since then, I'm happy to report, I've been largely injury free! almost got hit by a car in france today, but no big deal, no harm no foul.

That's not counting sprains. Or torn ligaments. MCL, LCL, meniscii.
I was just unlucky. And a little stupid. But I turned out just fine! And now, I'm so sick of the injury/healing/recovery process that I'm really, really careful. I think, and I don't want to jinx it, but I think I'm currently in my longest ever streak without an er visit since I was five!

Ditto. my list would more than double.
6 concussions, 8 ankle sprains, at least a hundred shoulder dislocations(pre and post surgery), three dislocated ribs.
Currently getting around w/o my right ACL and my left MCL.
Cartilidge doesn't count either, but I've broken my sternum and nose.
I had to think on it but my bone list is
2 broken tibs
4 broken ankles or upper foot bones(almost all from skateboarding)
6 broken ribs
2 broken tailbones
4 broken fingers
1 chipped tooth
A girl broke my heart once, too. :)

I had a friend do a pelvis on a 80 foot cliff drop on skis. That sh#t is GNAR. That, or a femur, is just sh#t I don't want to f*#k with. Not ever.

A finger or two.
A nose when my ski exploded out of the binding about 1/3 of the way down Busy Gully @ Loveland Ski Area and the tip hit me square in the face (knocked me out for about a min. and left a pretty good red bullseye on the snow)....I was an instructor @ the time....embarassing.
15 yrs old (1969) I was wearing lace up boots (I think Trappers) in Marker Telemat bindings that I hadn't cleaned the snow off well enough. Going from pack into crud at Brekenridge I went right over the top and heard a horrendous "crack".
Clean break in fibula down low, tibia - clean break up high, then spiralling green stick down the middle and another at the bottom of that. Left a 3 in. by 1/2 in. piece floating with a compound @ the top. Bit the fingers off of the patrolmen's glove getting put in the litter.
Long trip to Lutheran Hospital in the back of my dad's camper where Steadman and Maryama set it. 4 weeks later x-rays showed it had set wrong and they had to rebreak and reset. I was in a full length, no walk cast, on crutches for 6 months! That leg is almost 2 inches shorter and I wear a lift in my left shoe to partially compensate. I've had back problems my whole life because of it and the scoliosis it caused.

Here's another one for Joe. Two broken bones, both at the same time, at the same place: the base of Beacon Rock, SE Corner route. back then ('81) it was rated 5.6!
Gearing up at the base, a rock came falling down with no warning, depsite climbers above. The rock hit my right hand, breaking the nervicular bone, then landed on top of my left ankle, breaking it. It's a good thing I wasn't leaning forward, otherwise I wouldn't be telling this story.
Also a good thing I was next to the rock, because the pain was so great I started to black out. Looking out to the south, over the Columbia River, I saw only one thing: gray. I did not pass out though. Glancing down at my hand, all I saw was a huge hunk of raw meat. I leaned back against the rock and waited, eventually getting my eyesight back to normal. My partner went running up to the Ranger Station at the State Park. Soon an ambulance pulled up, in the meadow below the rock and railroad tracks. The EMT's got my in a gurny and carried me down to the rig. Luckily it was Labor Day, and the lowlands were dry. X-rays at St. Joe's in Vancouver confirmed the diagnosis. Was in a soft cast for several weeks, and learned to write left-handed.
Since then small rocks have hit my head (with helmet on), but no more broken bones. I intend to keep it that way! To this day, my right thumb turns blue in cold weather, due to vascualr damage and scarring from that trauma. That's why I am a "fair weather" climber.

Seriously, I once read that the easiest cervical vertabrae to break (whatever the number- c4 I think) in a whiplash type mechanism for injury has an erection as a sympathetic reaction and that first responders will often reach in their crotch after checking vitals if the victim is unconscious, to see if they have a broken neck. Makes me wonder what they do to females.
This may be incorrect, but I am not making it up.
