Well! This one's a toughie! On the one hand, I've always somewhat liked Seattle & have mostly hated The Cowboys.
But now! The Cowboys have ex-Riggins, Idaho 8-man football player & BSU standout, Layton Vander Esch playing spectacular defense for them.
Such a dilemma. Sluuurp.

USA Today has an article on how the southern Billy-Bob's, attending the game in the center of Liberal-turf, find the locale somewhat disturbing to them.
I suspect the hard-core southern supporters will still bring & wave their Confederate flags, to show those Californians what they believe in.

Chargers looked pretty good, but it looked like they were going into their inevitable "prevent the win" mode in the 4th. 2 blocked kicks, fumble, DB's falling asleep.
They better score TD's if they hope to win in NE.

Didn't Hush Puppies come from Gone With The Wind & Scarlett saying:

I was introduced to Hush Puppies & Memphis Dry Ribs by the Tennesse Ex-wife, & her in-bred red-neck family.
Amazingly, the best Hush puppies I've ever et were in a nearby Idaho eatery named the Riverbank. A southerner ran it 4 nights a week & closed it when he got tired of the hassle.
I do have a long term love for them dry Memphis Ribs, the best cultural legacy of the south (& the marriage).
"So dry, you gag when you take a big chew of them."
Too bad both teams can't lose tonight, but it's always a good day when Bama loses. Yeah, the ex-wife was a Bama fan, & but we are still in touch, despite having no spawn in common.

It was quite generous for those two teams to play for the national championship in a region known for substandard teams.
I mean really... when was the last time a West coast team even made it to the championship game? 10 years? 15?

Should be interesting. I'm a fan of the boys (not their management). Have zero interest in the Rams since Georgia moved them from SD to STL.
My guess is Dallas will get trounced.
