On my extended mineral collecting road-trip to the Tuscon Gem & Minerals show, I've spent 2 nights in scenic Silver City New Mexico.
They do have internert & TV here, & I caught the half-time show & the 3rd quarter in Wrangler's Steakhouse.
I'm pleased to share that most of my fellow patrons were Eagles fans & only two patrons were wearing cowboy hats.
That said, Southern New Mexico culture, with its blend of white, Native American, & Latino populations is pretty exotic & fun to me.
And Road runners too!

that was a pretty good game from beginning to end... and a single defensive play tipped the balance after both defenses gave up a lot to the offenses.

Hands to the face football, constant "holding" & Horse collars ; That Famous Let 'em play-look the other way, no calls,1st half seemed to favor one team. When line-men and safty's are given that much slack the result is a chippy physical game. The game was very good, great given the stats

FOOTBALL FAN TO THE RESCUE
Two boys are playing football in Central Park when one is attacked by a rabid rottweiler. Thinking quickly, the other boy rips a board off of a nearby fence, wedges it down the dog's collar and twists, breaking the dog's neck.
A reporter strolling by sees the incident, and rushes over to interview the boy.
"Young Giants Fan Saves Friend From Vicious Animal," he writes in his notebook.
"But I'm not a Giants fan," the little hero replies.
"Sorry, since we are in New York, I just assumed you were," says the reporter.
"Little Jets Fan Rescues Friend From Horrific Attack," he writes in his notebook.
"I'm not a Jets fan either," the boy says.
"I assumed everyone in New York was either for the Giants or Jets. What team do you root for?" the reporter asks.
"I'm a Cowboys fan," the child says.
The reporter starts a new sheet in his notebook and writes, "Little Redneck Maniac Kills Beloved Family Pet".

Well I have family in Mass. and Philly, but I root for the underdog.
I like the way Foles schooled the Pats on how to run their own trick play, "You see the QB has to be in the end zone and actually CATCH the ball.
Halftime was great. Only recognized 2 songs, but the hundreds of dancers/ extras did a great job, as did JT. Solid dancing and the finale in the stands with the 13 year old kid was genius.
