Like Ed said, good defenses. Should have taken the under on that over/under of 44-45.

Great win by the Broncos! That fierce pass rush allowed the to double Gronk and Edleman. They only rushed 4 most of the time and hit Brady often.

Funny to see Jim Rome call out the classless Seattle Seacocks during the CBS pregame - Richard Sheman's are you mad bro and Doug Baldwin's bathroom end zone celebration in last year's Superbowl. What a disgraceful thing to have done in front of millions of viewers around the world. Surprised they didn't mention Bruce Irvin's ejection as well.

Unlike the Seacocks, the Patriots displayed great sportsmanship at the end of a hard fought game. That is one class organization.

GO BRONCOS!

Shades of Reggie. Someone is coming clean about CP's payola and his Heisman is going back?

Poor Denver. Carolina is going to destroy them just like 'Hawks did two years ago. And I'm not exactly a Panther fan. Might even end up the same score.

So, given that the Seahawks and Cardinals are both pretty good football teams, what will happen in the Super Bowl? 70 to 0? 200 to 0?

Panthers look pretty good.

Paul, I agree about NE, after the game I saw at least six or seven Pats talk to Manning. Including Belichik, Brady, and their defensive coordinator.

Like Ed said,, one PAT,, and who knows. Good game.

Looks like the year of the Panthers.

Manning can at least go out getting his team to the Super Bowl.

Google has paid $3 Billion for the rights, but for 2016 they are lending them to someone else.

So, welcome to the 2016

As a lifelong, diehard Broncos fan...this looks to be the year of the Panthers. Totally awesome play, both sides of the ball.

That said, I'll still be rooting for my Broncos! The way they played NE was a surprise, as was how poorly the Cardinals executed against Carolina. Turnovers usually aren't good for a team, and stupid turnovers allowed a big momentum surge for the Panthers. (Trying to run with a punt before securing the ball?). Forcing an early turnover after a big play to near the red zone? Other than the stupid backwards pass by Manning and Hillman's mistake in not covering it up, the Donkeys played a mistake-free game.

Broncos defense really was effective against the Patriots. Impressive. And Peyton looked good and even scrambled off a decent run at 17 mph. They earned that win. It was a good game.

I was rooting for the Cardinals (I'd like to the see the guys who've been around a long time, Arians, Palmer, Fitzgerald get their shot at the SB) but knew the Panthers are just firing all on cylinders right now. That was NOT a good game. Blowouts are boring.

I'm hot n cold about Cam. Sometimes he's way too cocky and talks low class to be "cool". But after the game he was well spoken, respectful, and made it about the team, not himself. And the whole giving away touchdown balls to kids thing is AWESOME. The little blond girl last week just lost her mind, so cute!

So I'll be doing the same thing in the SB. Rooting for the Broncos, knowing the Panthers will probably take it.

Yeah, I hate to admit it but he is showing some class. I wish the Seahawks
had a QB who could see over the defensive linemen, let alone knock 'em down!

2015-2016 College Basketball Season Is Complete Chaos

In January of 2016 alone, top-10 teams in Division 1 college basketball have lost 14 times. The current No. 1 ranked team in the country, Oklahoma (18-2) has lost twice in the month of January (109-106 to Kansas on 1/4, 82-77 to Iowa State on 1/18). In all, five No. 1 teams have already lost during the 2015-2016 college basketball season, the first time such a case has occurred since 1949.

I've always been more of a round ball fan than foosball, but doncha get the feeling that these so-called sports are getting way more attention than they warrant?

Can people stop with the conspiracy theories why the New England Patriots lost to the Denver Broncos? I am a huge Pats fan and can be seen and heard screaming at the TV every Sunday when they are on (I live in SoCal). Here is WHY they lost. 1. NO RUNNING GAME, 2. 2 INT, 1 at a very crucial time, 3. Von Miller, 4. Opting NOT to kick a field goal in the 2nd half when their D basically owned the Denver offense. Kick the field goal, kick off, stop them again, march in for a TD like they did, game over 22-20. The Patriots got out coached on Sunday. That is it. Go Pats!!

^plus the Denver D put the hurtin' on Brady knocking him down like 20 times. Not sure I've ever seen Brady rag dolled like that.

I'm from New England and a Pats fan from way back. But I wasn't too disappointed in that game. It was a good, competitive game. Broncos defense was on fire. Peyton played well. And as mentioned too many mistakes by the Pats.

I don't know enough about the Broncos and their defense to really know how they can stop the run, but it seems Stephen Jackson was effective on that TD run. He had a few runs stopped after that, but it seems they should have tried the power running game a few more times to see what they could do with it.

And the Pats were really missing Dion Lewis. James White just isn't as quick and dependable. Too many wasted downs trying to get him going.
