Just flipping through Jody's vignettes.

This is Jeff on saturday.
(In fact I believe it is 7:39 PM)

Not a good shot of the Lowes but a good one of Mike and "I'm-too-sexy-for-my-shades" Jim on saturday before Layton rolled in.

A couple of choice comments from Layton Kor when accused of being our generation's best all-around rock climber:

"The best climber is the one having the most fun!"

"The main reason for working to be a better climber is so that you can do the climbs you want. It takes a month or so of daily hard climbing to get into shape for the walls."

(...Layton is still having fun at age 72...)

Great thread. I'm not sure where this was held , but it looks really picturesque.

Ron, how and when is that footage being used, in case I missed that?

I'd love to see it!

Wow, Ron!

You know how to make a guy ache for the wilds of the West.
Wild men, wild land.

Not to mention the collective fire-power in all those guns upended like cordwood in lounge chairs. Sheesh -- some of 'em have even advanced to Power Loungers.

With all that saged space around, you could even say that the Ron-a-Thon (or whatever) has fully transformed into a Mountain Meadow Mass-Acre.

And you did it without even firing a shot. (At least that's the story we're telling the Ranger, and I'm sticking to it.)
