....or in this case journals. Getting ready to put these in safety deposit box. Every day since I knew I was pregnant with my son I have written a journal page to him. He is soon to be 23 and I still do it. Many stories from the birth and adoption of pets to the death of some of those same pets; his first girlfriend (in 4th grade) to my heartbreak of how to tell him I had a serious form of cancer and he was just starting college and I didn't want to rob him of a moment of that glorious time. There are two journals in there that were never continued; they had been started when I was pregnant but miscarried. They mean no less to me than the ones that chronicle my son's life.
I am so thankful everyday I still get to write from sharing the mundane to the excitement of this voyage of life.
