Been thinking about this for a while. Some photos tell it all while others leave a lot of room for conjecture. Have fun.

That's awesome Guido (and Jay too)!

I have a photo from the first time I visited Rome... it's buried somewhere in storage and I'd have to scan it. I was wandering around some local neighborhood when I came upon a bumper sticker on a car that said:

F*#k Art, Let's Dance!

It still makes me laugh!

Sorry no photo, but this memory of a bumpersticker is burned into my memory forever.

"The earth is my church, My body is a temple."

And then the driver flicked a cigarette butt out the window!

I recognize the Kome and Kfat stickers. Must be a South Bay Area classic ride from the late seventies-early eighties.

edit- as for the bumper sticker and the plate ring, also era specific

The 1st Dingus pic reminded me of speeding down the Autobahn going from Baad to Werse. Hmmmm

The 2nd Dingus pic reminded me of the Four Corners restaurant I ate at that had a menu disclaimer that said..."Not responsible for under cooked meat or eggs". Mmmmm

The volume it treats is not related to venereal disease.

Well, there are some verbal pictures at:

The next time I pass by it, I'll take a photo of the sign on I-5 just north of Sacramento, which says "Sherriff Detention Facility". A quite specialized prison, apparently.
