$200 for johntp is the top bid. Thanks once again for stepping up. With johntp and the likes of him, we shall reach our goal. (Bidding open until sunday night.....Valentine roses, chocolates, or Bridwell's iron........I think it's a no-brainer....)......

Johntp;...once again;..you are The Man for the pins....let me know what you wish to do...thanks for always coming through............................................................................... As for Jim and his work;...I have a college degree and a full time professional job, and I am circling the drain financially;.....I doubt if a minimum wage job would help Jim and his family at this point in time.....but thanks for the suggestion;.....I'll run the McDonald's idea past him and see what he thinks......(great first post too , flako.......proud....)......maybe fat people should quit eating so much , smokers should quit smoking, and drug addicts should clean up too......or maybe it might be a wee bit more complicated than that.......

Todd Gordon respect to you, I'm not going to say my name here, (plenty of hints for people who know me), But I took a few showers and ate a few meals (cooked by Grant) at your place. Tucker beat me in chess in about 10 moves a couple times. You put up the sh#t in Josh. You are PROUD. AND SO IS THE BIRD!!!

so the amount of time I can waste on supertopos validates or negates my opinion. Bridwell needs to grow up get a job.

We all contribute in our own way. For some that is simply being an inspiration to others....by chosing a unique path, not one dictated by a society with values many of us question...

Showing us all that there are alternatives, there are options....to how we live our life...if even for a short while....

flak is right!

What a deadbeat that Bird is!

And then there's that other guy out in Arizona, Layton-something, just sucking on the public teat, using medicare to relax in a dialysis clinic three times a week.

These people need to DO something.

Sheesh.
(anybody else know the etymology of the word FLAK?)

Actually I think Jim would make a terrific guest commentator on Fox, and I suggested to Flouride that she ask a few contacts, but she never answered back.
I think its about time that the mainstream had a name that they associate with american rockclimbing, and rumor has it that Jim has a few credentials in that regard,...

Slightly off thread... This is an interesting article about Bill Johnson, a national sports hero and Olympic gold medalist who is now living in a rented trailer near Mt. Hood. We love our heros when they are on cereal boxes and smiling pretty for the cameras, but after that...

Sorry to take this thread off topic.

etymology for flak: anti weapon, opposition. Jim, a commentator on Fox???? Oh god have some mercy, some of my favorite conversation with Jim on the phone are about "politics". I love his enlightenment on the subject!
