The book "The White Spider" is what drew me into climbing. I must have checked it out from the library a half dozen times. Should be a great movie.

I think I wore out the librarian checking that book out as a child. That, and The Complete Walker by Colin Fletcher. That guy cut his matches in half to save weight in his pack!

If this is the one in German with English subtitles, then it's excellent. I highly recommend it.
