Hi Gang
1. "the usual" - a glass of white wine.
2. phylp is a total lightweight as far as this drinking stuff goes (does it count as an inflammatory comment if it's about yourself?)
3. Drinking tonight because I AM going climbing on Sunday! No indulging tomorrow night.

Reilly! Re your comment on Harley-the cat:

But I bet he wishes he could pick his nose as well as you can!

I suppose so, and I really don't envy his ability to lick his anus, and his balls are removed.

My god. This is the thread. There's oen Wednesday one? Oh, my oh my.

I've hadd. ( glasses of wine. And the the beer. In sp many hours. And the beer of course. I think I am drunk. But, anyway.
You see, the funny par t was the look on my boss' face, when I rodl her that I manaeged this spring on a diet of painkillers and whisky. A no no. But. Great combo. You don't feel a thing and wcan oek like a god. One only needs very little whisky, if one eats enough painkillers, it's tehe final touch. An I made deadluine. Then it wears off, didn't tell about that. That's bad, you see. Really realy bad.

Just make sure your "painkillers" don't contain acetaminophen (Tylenol) -- if they do, even small amounts mixed with whiskey may turn your liver to mush.

tomorrow's fryday and that'z close enough

Feeling nauseated and a little nostalgic. the days of horrendous suffering with insufferable as#@&%es seem deceptively pleasant in foggy retrospectating. Sleeping in the mud seems somehow romantic and noble compared to, say, my queen-sized double quilted blah blah blah wife-included somnulent paradise.

Whatever. Yearning for the good old unkept days won't make them so, anymore than pretending a square foot of carpet will pad the landing of that legbreaker-don't blow the pine needled mantle or it's going to be a long crawl home pantomimed in cafeterias long gone by.

Okay. Going gray and left in the chalk dust bin of nonhistory some hasbeen whom never ever was.
these topics seemed important at the deli, four beers in. tucker presiding. as a sideman i rarely spoke mostly got f*#ked up in disbelief that I 'd followed some hero up some horrifying gorgeous plutonic leftover....

Whatever. I'd be curious...

Thank you all for the joy of post # 2701!

Rain, rain, rain, for this weekend in S. Idontno, but Utah desert adventure next week in the drought-zone.

H3 Cab, and a little Cline Ancient Vines Zinvandel to ease the rain's pains.

PTPP-you hoser! You go & have fun for a couple weeks in Mexico, then bitch about the working class not posting on your drunk thread.

Snort! Makes me want to post amusing photos!

so i brought a torch over the the dark side,
it runs on ion-exchange so it don't never burn out,
electricity is like the wind,
it is always seeking ground-state-low-pressure-death's smile;

hell i zonked the electro-magnetism portion of the fe exam,
and i didn't even do so hot on the fluid dynamics, either
so here's my story and it is sticking to me,

i'm the lone fella in house full of goddesses.
i try for a voice, i do.
but i ain't heard.

i'm disregarded and run over.
i've fought the battle over the years.
threw at it everything that i could imagine.
even sobriety.

nothing changed.
i'm outnumbered.
and out hormoned.

so i resigned to a passive and complacent stance in my family.
i'll just let it all go by.
and i will continue to pay into thisexistence.
and i'll ignite the fire when we is cold,
and whatever else is mandatory,
i will already own god's mind.
my fight is fruitless.
all i've to gain by a steadfast stature
is divorce and massive erosion of my thus acquired
material gains.

i told the wife, though,
if i'm going to be miserable,
at least i'm going to be
happily miserable.

drunk.
