Maldaly mentioned this in another thread and I don't remember seeing it pop up here...Last month Erik Weihenmayer (blind) climbed the naked Edge. Check him out in the vid:
http://www.accessfund.org/site/apps/nlnet/content2.aspx?c=tmL5KhNWLrH&b=5000939&ct=7735609
And although I know he will never read this I just want to say:
Congrats Erik Proud Send!!!
(was that wrong, the part about him not reading?)

Wow, amazing and inspiring...
kind of brings a whole new meaning to 'exposure' doesn't it...
I've climbed with blind folks before...
I've skied with them and boated with them too.
All amazing humans.
Cheers,
DD

I watched his movie "Blindsight" recently about his climbing and outreach with some of the blind kids of Tibet and it was really touching...very inspiring to see someone give back like that in a way that really impacts people. Made me decide to do that too.

All right!
The bombay sequence...jeez. That one's tricky. And how about taking up some rope there?
