The more I ponder this, the sadder it makes me. She was a super-spunky gal. She was always stoked to climb with me, loved to party (IHCC member), was always a member of our climbing trips. Some of you may remember her from Facelift 2008.

We suffered a big blow in this community. Our tribe suffers today.

Last week she came by the house and had beers with us and played with my son, talked about Jtree this coming thanksgiving. We need to have a memorial this year during the trip.

This really sucks. If I know her though, she would insist we have a good time. Maybe drink some plum wine in tribute.

Hey guys...

I'm very sorry to hear you lost a friend. I don't think I knew her, but I'm sitting here worried and racking my brain for all my climbing gal pal friends who I haven't seen in a bit, and wondering if I might have shared a rope with her at some point in the past.

At the very least, it sounds like I would have liked her.

I was just thinking this morning after reading the last article by Johnny Copp and Michah Dash that it sure would be nice to have a missing climber report turn out on a positive note. This really is horrible to read.

I will be praying for her friends and family.
