Would anyone like to take on the task of starting and managing the 2009 Climber Memorial Thread? Its time to start, and for whatever reason, after three years, I'm dragging my feet. So perhaps its time to pass the torch, or let it go. It is a commitment. A responsibility. And you're doing a good deed for our community. It means more than you think, yet if you think about it too much it weighs heavy.

Its been a fascinating process and one which has made me more attentive to the fine pleasures and definite fragility of this human experience.

Here are links to the past three years, so you know what you're getting into. I'm sure whoever takes it on will take it to the next level, which I highly encourage.

Thanks Jerry, it was an inspired act to begin it, and I know it must have been hard to carry it.

hey there jerry... say, if my life was not so unbuilt, and stumbling along, i would do it for you all...

very sorry that i can't, as, people are precious, not only to their families and loved one, but to those that they touch all through their trails...

it could be years before i have a foundation again to work from---but i can be praying that someone will surface before the year moves on too far ahead as to have it neglected...

god bless and many are greatful for your hard work...

I also thank you, Jerry, from the bottom of my heart! It has meant so much to me. I am learning as fast as I can, but don't think I am computer literate enough to carry on your torch just yet. Wish I had the knowledge and smarts. No one has the time, yo just have to Make time.... :D

Hi Lynne. No worries. Perhaps someone will make a little time for it. Doesn't really take that much. If not, its not the end of the world. We can always read about the tragedies in ANAM, but the normal passings of the human experience are so easily overlooked.

I can do it ONLY if you will hand walk me through the site and show me what to do...and continue the teaching til I get it. I will need a cell phone number and a web address to Jerry so I can get through to you in a day or so if I have a problem. I do NOT want to take on something I will not do correctly or well. These people need to be honored...and I cannot let my ineptness interfere with their Great memories.

Most of all .... I do not want to let down the people who have experienced death in their families or with friends that mean SO much. They need to be upheld and lifted up to the nthhh degree. Not miss handled by an idiot that does not know what she is doing.

Soooo,
