My inner pedant wonders about the "totally complete" section on training and conditioning. But it looks like an interesting book, hopefully coming soon to a climbing store near me. As my back has been bothering me, clearly a sign.

Eric, if you remember on mox I tried for about two minutes until we realized not even a dent was being made in that rock :)
Thanks, man - I REALLY miss climbing with you. is it too cold to hit the needles still? I'm planning on a J-tree trip soon if the needles are too chilly.

Jim's post could really be a book in itself. And you wouldn't believe how many criticisms I've gotten for that "totally complete" on the back :) I should have used the climbing vernacular, "Training: it's all there brah"
