I've tried "The bean" a couple times on my lunch breaks... It was way easier before they laser polished it.

The dynos are the key.

I'm looking at the gulls on top (2nd photo), wondering how, and how often, they clean that thing.

Beta: super-cold windy day, bring a water-bladder inside your jacket attached to a spritzer nozzle. Spray, place hands, stick.

That works for the first hold or two at least. You may lose some skin on this.
