So I'm trying to avoid getting hit in the head by bolt replacers drooping gear and a bro I've climbed with for 3 decades is trying to convince me to hit the NA with him...I'm rolling around 220lbs right now and knott necessarily in my "top" climbing condition. I think hey what's Mr.. Mike O. up to(Knott weight ,but general life nuances).He might be in.... Well a few E mails and telecons later I hear from the Honed Master himself( yes Mr. O...). Regretfully he currently is gainfully employed, but is getting me so psyched I'm almost ready to Solo NA......Mike is the most sincere ,well intentioned person I've ever met. Mike in the room is like roses on the Piano or Tulips on the organ( no pun intended). His enthusiasm and positive attitude are infectious and invigorating. Thanks Mike, I won't be doing the NA this year but after a month of finishing a money losing job you helped bring perspective back and I can only thank you sir, very much. I would recomend being in decent shape before soloing the NA. It's a big outing.

Yeah she is a little finicky about her diet....Avocados with lime, she's had some stuffed Salmon at my house, don't remember how much she actually ate?

Ah- The salmon filets and "Spicy Spice", I try and cook hers first prior to the flesh.

Howdy Tr I used to do a lot of Yoga ( probably one of my few saving graces). One time in Yoga class my instructor took us on a meditation and I could see the golden glow around my entire body, Scary and interesting shite. I'm lucky to touch my toes nowadays ,even with my "Ape"index.
Yeah Linda will call you out on any shite.... Great Gal and strong climber.

He is a quality guy. Whenever Jeanette and I find him on or near the rock, we cant wait to talk with him.

Mike is a super nice quality human.
I had no idea he was a sick, demented wall rat until I got home from the Sushifest and put two and two together.
He likes high quality beer, that's fo sho. I don't think it helped motivate him, though, not free climbing at least!
