Don't any of you get your diapers dirty; I don't subscribe to this. How would this be handled? For SCOTUS to rule on this against him would bring on a Constitutional crisis like we haven't seen since the Civil War, all hell would break loose from Obama supporters plus the very serious problems of who would be president, possibly new elections. Also, there might be very serious international problems developing while the US was entangled in the mess. Here's a scenario that might be played out by high government officials working with SCOTUS. SCOTUS finds Obama is a US citizen and qualified. Then the FBI does an end run around the direct approach and takes him down through his associations with the Chicago political machine demonstrating that he has committed felonies: bribes and other corruptions. He's indited and forced to withdraw. It would still be a mess but not as big a mess if the government could show reasonable evidence that he was guilty. Great plot line for a novel. Remember, just funnin you here.

If GWB won the presidency in spite of losing the popular vote by having the right political connections in Florida (K Harris), and enough money from the neocon supporters to pay off the legal fees to make it happen, then Obama should have no problem doing something similar to retain his win, and will probably do it a lot more honestly.
Though the notion is pretty ridiculous, I will entertain the fantasy by saying that if Obama's presidency was rescinded due to a citizenship issue, the social upheaval that would likely follow would make the Watts riots and Prop 8 protests look like the Muppets fighting the Teletubbies.
So far, the SCOTUS has been loathe to even consider spurious challenges like this, and it will probably stay that way. If it was rescinded, what would happen? Another election? McLame by default? Oh, geez, I think I'm gonna heave....

What if Obama was a Martian?
What if Cheney and Rove were both gay and secret lovers?
Might as well speculate about any number of ridiculous things. Because it is 100% clear that Obama is a natural born US citizen.

Cheney, gay? Well, his daughter inherited the traight from somewhere.
Rove? Who do you think that "Hot Military Stud.com" guy was servicing?
Isn't GOP synonymous with "gay, and in the closet"?

You guys aren't getting into the spirit of this intrigue. Loosen up a bit, and think it over. Even as fiction, it is a plausible scenario for just such a problem. I like it. Think of the flick it would make.
