We saw on the news that AZ Hiway patrol was placing mobile cameras every 20 miles on I10 across AZ. Imagine traveling across AZ and getting a friendly note from AZ stating you owe them $$$$$$$$ in fines.

My wife thinks she is a model and has had her pic taken a couple of times here in Phoenix. 171.00 each time!

This kind of surveillance is pretty scary to me. Remember big brother? These things are going up across the country.

Any one else have a sick feeling in their stomach and want to vomit?

holy crap the MPs on post here are freakin' nazis! the speed limit most places here is 25 (gay, I know) and they are like, super freakin' evil. its really grim here. I've gotten in the mode of being actually afraid when I notice I've gone above 25. I delight in going fast(55) on the freeway here when off post. This is actually one of the essay topics I've been working on about life in the Army. its the little things that get us man.

Thats why I always drive with a bag over my head.

Or at least a ski mask.

Sunglasses at night can be exciting.

You know whats funny is that if you really haul ass past those things, they don't work!

At 120 your plate is a blurr.

These punks were doing this for kicks, I was watching them race mom and dad's car past a photo trap at high speeds, back and forth, twenty times, the light would flash like way late, they were almost to the liquor store on the corner by the time it went off.
Back and forth all night, you could here the transmission bands starting to get mad.

I'll bet that would work on red-light cameras, too.

The city I drive through to get to work keeps sending me pictures of my truck. While I appreciate them each one costs 70 bucks. I know a guy who knows a guy who is planning on taking that damn camera out. Presently working on installing a 12v cylinder to flip my plate down if I run through one of those redlight cameras. The pics are of your plate and one of you driving. People have tried to fight them here but there is a catch. If you weren't driving they either want to see a police report showing your vehicle was stolen or the name, address and phone number of the person who was driving.
