Lynne;
I am sorry for airing my beef with you, on ST, about you not calling back when you said you would on those 3 occasions.
I was WRONG and I shouldn't have aired it in public.
I am also sorry to the STers, who had to read my rantings on this Forum.

Please forgive me, all of you.

I'm sorry for making you hike yesterday all the way out to that crag in the Wonderland, and forcing you to climb 5.9 and 5.10 climbs in the hot sun........,and then not having cold beers in the car when we got back to the parking lot;....will you ever forgive me?...(I hope so...)....You climb well too.....for someone in their mid-50's that is..........I promise this won't happen again for at least 14 days.......(I can't climb next week-end...).......

Well, like John Denver said, "More than anything else I'm sorry for myself...." Bwahhhhhha

This is so too funny, I'm unpacking from the weekend and totally cracking up.....Reason #19 of #557 just why I reconnected with the climbing community. Yo the best! God knows we need a lot of joy and laughter on this journey, eh ?

And Dwain it was actually 2 1/2 times. One aborted attempt : )))Dwain, we are cool, OK ?!

I just so love all you guys, zeriously !

Of course if anyone else needs to rid themselves of guilt, I'm listening.

ok, I'll confess.

Lynknee,

Please forgive me. For I have sinned.

I have failed to climb at Tahquitz or Suicide Rock this year.

May the Southern California Rock Gods forgive this impure thought: that it was ok to go next year.

Well, done unpacking so I guess the confessional is now open.

Munge, horribble (spelling done on purpose to point out the "horror")....next year...you procrastinate by the season...oh dude. But you are forgiven cause I really like the new spin you put on Lynknee. Not bad ! : )

EDIT: Jaybro, never...not with that hot jacket !

hey there dwain... say, wasn't sure what was up here, and didn't know if lynne needed a cheerful word, or not, so i came in to visit this post/thread...

but say, acutally i have some for you, dwain, now, instead:

say, it really special for folks to apologize, it just shows that we consider others of equal honor, in the long run, when before, things in our past communications seemed to go oddly...

say, that is very kind-hearted thing to do...

and now, i can see lynne is doing right well, so i'll just say:

hey there lynne, have a good evening!

If I may ask a grace with this post: Just wanted to say hello Lynne. This may take you back to "the day": I'm just remembering you from a time in Josh - was it Sail Away where you jammed your hand so good in that short but fine crack climb - where those so good jams found you having to leave your beloved's ring behind :) I was that long haired blond fella on lead behind your group who rescued your ring, and most humbly returned to his betrothed. I also fondly remember Dan from days climbing at the Pirates Cove, Heart Park, Mt. Rubidoux - of course Josh and Humber Park days as well. Dan and I knew each other from our health care careers - back when he was a pharmacist, and I as a EE project manager w Siemens taking way too much time away from climbing to bring MRI to Southern California and the world at large. Cheers - so good to see your still alive and well. kind regards, Wil

Well, this is really turned out to be a cool thread. I suppose I should apologize for something... let's see.... hmmmm... uhhhh... I'm sorry for... mmmm... OK, I stole a pack of chewing gum when I was 8 years old.. and the grocery store man made me go tell my dad... Man, walking home to tell him was a GREAT LESSON in honesty.

Sheewww... Glad I got that off my chest :)

No beef Flashlight, just some incredible friends! Dwain, All of you, Gracias....

Leavitt, one climb was perfect commemorating some really special days on the "planning commission" thanks bro !

And Halfhitch.... what an incredible blessing and flash from the past ! Ya, you gentleman and scholar you did save the day on one of the few climbs I did BITD with Maria and Lurleen.

I'm kinda on a Mecca thing now. Am actually climbing and looking to climb and enjoying it. Tribute to Danny .... bringing back the past in a really good way....I don't know all the why's and the wherefors but it's working. Thanks for the sweet memory I had totally forgotten.

God Bless You All ! The stories, the sweet past you brought tonight is so very special ! Hearts to you all. Lynne

OK, so Fattrad, the wine you did give me was excellent so you can have a clear conscience.

I even forgive the Tony Romo fan.....GDavis you rascal !

Am I a softly or WHAT ?

Oh yeah, RV Hmmmmm , Leah just reminded me several days ago she "accidentally" poured oatmeal down your back on one of the climbing trips so I guess we're even dude....Big Smiles for all the "fun" we had...eh ?

Fishfinder, if you're not at the Texas Table the rap misses ya. You and Casey, Fish and Papajoto were always the first risers and super fun to have coffe with in the A>M>

HOWEVER, you did win all the raffle prizes and I won none! A little confession there....hmmmmm.

Say howdy to La Donna. Lynknee
