Numbers don't lie...Democrats are better at doing what republicans say they are going to do but don't/can't!

Good post BobbyD.
Don't expect the Rapethepubliccans to agree however. They exist in the land of myth.

dirtbag...I glad they passed it...the law on off shore drilling ends this month..the democrats passed a great bill in the sense no drilling within 50 miles of shore, the states make their decisions and the republicans got nothing of what they wanted...if Bush veto the bill the democrats can fire back at him/them easily.

If the Democrats are so smart, why are they behind in a presidential contest that was initially handed to them on a silver platter?
Oh Yeah I forgot,
Americans are idiots, except for the Moveon wing of the Democrats. Everyone else is a sheep bound by fear, clinging to their guns and religion.

McCain wasn't one of them. He just voted with them over 90% of the time but he was "different". hahahaha

I'm keeping my guns an I want you to keep yours too. Dems make it hard to vote for them. I do not want them regulating me on this. I believe that those who would trade freedom for perceived safety will get neither.
From the democratic plank.
"We recognize that the right to bear arms is an important part of the American tradition, and we will preserve Americans’ Second Amendment right to own and use firearms. We believe that the right to own firearms is subject to reasonable regulation, but we know that what works in Chicago may not work in Cheyenne. We can work together to enact and enforce commonsense laws and improvements – like closing the gun show loophole, improving our background check system, and reinstating the assault weapons ban, so that guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals. Acting responsibly and with respect for differing views on this issue, we can both protect the constitutional right to bear arms and keep our communities and our children safe.
I want the republicans out as well.
