So most will come, I also know some need as much time as possible to make arrangements.
Just thought I would throw it out to see what’s up.

Same time and place works for me.
Already have plans to go up there next weekend to start greasing up the holds.

What's really important is that the weather be good there at the end of this month/beginning of May. Can someone here arrange that?

I would love to come out this year! I heard there was some impressive climbing done by some of you folks last year. I'm a vedauwoo virgin.

It's only fantastic, nothing to get carried away over.
Last year, someone even throttled down the breeze.
A particularly good climbing area to be at while not
climbing.

Jaybro...any FA's you did back in the day? Just curious for nostalgia's sake, lived in Laramie for 5 yrs. The Voo is a fav place of mine. My Harper/Kelman guidebook has fuk-all for listing the FA-er's. Thx.

Edit: and if you don't like tootin' your own horn, shoot me an email if you like. Gratze!

Sounds good Jaybro. I'm half contemplating a road trip to see family in Aug and maybe come to one of the outings at the Voo. Been going to the local climbing gym trying after a 3 yr. hiatus to revive apathetic muscle...this barely pubescent climber chick saw my floundering on on a 5.10 route (Disclaimer: it was horribly placed route, silly feet and slippery, plastic holds), she preceded to cruise a 5.11 route next me and afterwards asked if I was "new" to climbing as I was standing in my worn 1992 5.10 originals climbing shoes and worn BD harness (circa '92). The nerve!!! So I said, "sorta"...then she preceded to give me a pep talk on how when you first start climbing (gym climbing mind you), it's really frustrating, but stick with it..it's really fun! I says, "yeah, you cruised that 5.11", "yeah" she say, "Well, I've been climbing for 3 yrs., so it's really easy now.." I just smiled and said "Thanks for the word of encouragment...". I guess this makes me a "born again Noob.." I might have to start a thread about this! Later and look forward to the "hit list".
