hey there ... these are great... always wanted to do photos... my best buddies do them of horses... i didnt have the funds and was raising kids, though...

say, these would make GREAT puzzles for kids, and adults--a lot better than most i have seen on reflections...

say---the one with the MOON (by john hansen) even seems to be showing its faint reflection as well---it makes a rock downunder look like a fish-head with an eye... hmmmmm, that WAS the moon, right and not a odd-eye-ball-rock-fish?

Karl, where is that shot in Hawaii?

Neebee , That is up at North Lake above Bishop and yes you can see the reflection of the moon. I never noticed it before.

I am reflecting on that right now.

Holy cow Karl...

I saw the photo and immediately went "ahh Waipi'o valley"

I have been in waipi'o a number of times but never made the hike (as very, very few have) over to Waimanu.

Stunning image

It's a bit of an ass buster hike but hey, you get a spectacular Hawaiian Valley with few or no people in exchange. I may go back this Winter (no sand on the beach but quiet)

Here's the wide panorama view of Waimanu

Nice Pics!

Jody, I like your moody ocean/light images.

Reminded me of this one, but yours has a bit more going on.
