1. Comprehensive, accurate Mogollon Rim Guide for northern Arizona, which may or may not include Grand Canyon area climbs - depending on the regard by a certain individual with a wide-wingspan bird name...
2. The Yosemitome we are certainly all waiting for must be on the list.
3. Would someone redo that Sedona Guide - the last one is crap.
4. I would say to redo the SoCal Guide, but maybe now with the trifecta of "Obama Dawn Wall Tweet/Free Solo Oscar/Olympic Climbing" that isn't such a good idea?
What is your unpublished dream guide so we can publish it, then complain about the popularity of our formerly obscure area?

I can verify that one of the authors of the last Sedona guidebook was suffering from a nasty case tertiary syphilis during its creation
I'd like to see a new Michael Kelsey guidebook with smaller font, narrower margins, more random boldfacing, and a total absence of milage, paragraphs, adverbs, adjectives and elaboration with all overview maps zoomed out to global scale.

Andy, that would create a firestorm....folks here are very conversant with 5.4 and there would be endless posts on which was the hardest 5.4 and which was the easiest 5.4.

Yosemite roadside 5.8 sport routes? :-)
and
Indian Creek uncrowded classics, just a 30 minute flight from SFO? :-)
(actually the uncrowded classics are already in the guides, but the 16 hour approach from major urban centers really cuts down on the trips!)

Good one, Clint!
I'd be tempted to say "uncrowded classics," but publishing the guide would contradict the title, unless they're all defended by long approaches, poor protection, or similar impediments.
Anyway, I prefer uncrowded and obscure, and who needs a climbing guide for those?

Erik, this is the guidebook Skip and I really want. I’m plugging away on this project. Its Miramontes, Vogel, and Gordon, cut up and compiled into smaller areas. So I don’t have to lug 10 pounds of guidebooks around with me.

But is it 10,000 routes?
Either way, that sounds cool.
We are all about the n00b climbs!

In the same vein as Phyl's post about separate J-Tree ...
Separate area guides of each of the Red Rocks canyons. Nobody goes to more than one in a day.
Went medieval on Roxana's guide...

I'm too old to make it to 10,000, but I assure you that I have sampled enough of the N00b Climbing of North America to collect some good ones. Nothing to spray about, but you might have a bit of fun.

Jim... so you're suggesting it should be an on-line guide then!
I was originally going to go with: "The Magnificent 7's", but i'm getting old.
