Joshua Tree's Wildlife Crew has temporarily closed the following areas due to nesting raptors:

Patagonia Pile, Hone Dome, Virgin Piles, and Towers of Uncertainty

Closure dates are March 12-June 15.

Thanks for giving the birds some space. (The ones on Patagonia are noisy and known by all of Hidden Valley)

Never thought a raptor closure would bring a smile to my face, but it did.

The sort of post that causes me to be - raptorous. Glad that BR is back on the case!
