Interesting, but it was flown by the chase plane, seems a bit contrived. Hell of a range, and only used about half the battery used.

Under current US (Part 107) and presumably European law, you are required to maintain visual line of sight (VLOS) when flying a UAS (drone). hence the chase plane. Not contrived at all.
