Looking for a guide to take my kids climbing.(17 easy climbs, 20 will try anything, probably succeed and want more) probably next Sun or Mon. We’re staying in Santa Rosa, San Fran area but can adjust

More locally than the Leap; consider all top rope Goat Rock State Beach in Sonoma country.
Split Rock in Corte Madera, Marin County is well known and searchable (somebody published a guide book for all these too) and The Northern Formation on the summit of Mount Tamalpais...you can drive and park at climb elevation.
If you do choose to go multi-pitch at the Leap (about 4 hours drive from Santa Rosa) I would suggest you look up Petch and hire him as a guide. Petch is a certified guide and lives at the Leap. He can save you a ton of time and wasted effort looking for a climb you'll all be happy with.
Cheers
