Anybody climbing after lumbar artificial disc replacement?

After dealing with a junk spine finally pulled the trigger and went to Germany for some lumbar artificial discs. In the recovery phase now, but would love to hear if anybody has success stories about getting after it following an ADR surgery.

Not the same but similar recovery options I'm sure.
I had a burst fracture of my L2 last November.
Coming up on 6 months and I am near 70% motion range and closer to 80% strength.

Slow, methodical low impact exercise and careful stretching techniques have been my saving grace.
I wore the thoracic brace two of the three months prescribe minimizing atrophy.
Lots of green leaf veggies, lots of water and sleep were key elements of my recovery.
I'm riding off road kind of hard again and am sure I could lead near my pre injury level in another month or two.
I'm 57 yrs old.

hey there say, ... Huxley... i recently through out an old article, about someone in our town-area, that had some kind of surgery like this...
