The weather report has shown rain showers nearly every day except today (Th). It shows the same pattern going forward.
If anyone has been up in the valley, were you rained on (Mon - Th)? Trying to calibrate the weather report (weather.gov). It looks like there was a tiny amount on Sun: https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/mesowest/getobext.php?wfo=hnx&sid=YYVC1&num=72&raw=0
Also, I'm trying to get up onto Liberty Cap next week.

in general, the probability is higher as you go east towards the Sierra crest...
my experience is that 20% POP probably means you aren't going to get rained on, but I've been rained on in the past...
I was there last Friday and Saturday and we could see that it was probably raining somewhere, but not exactly there.

Thanks. It's more of, hiking up to Liberty Cap, getting sogged, and rapping off is not so much fun. Esp. if I could have stayed down canyon and been dry.
