Tony invented Afrobeat with Fela Kuti in Lagos in the 60's.
Now he is playing a lot of jazz with afrobeat and swings like mad.

Another version of the Kalakuta incident was told by a Nigerian who has lived in Calgary since the 80's. Tunde is a big Fela fan and practically lived at the Shrine in the mid 70's.
Tunde says that one of Fela's sons and his buddies got into a tussle with the military at a checkpoint in Lagos. There was some sort of fight and a few soldiers got beat up. The soldiers ran back to the barracks and said "Lets get those M***ckers" so the army went to Fela's Kalakuta Republic compound and burnt it down.
Zombie is one of the classic tunes
