The phone numbers for Mekan boot don't seem to be working right now. Got any ideas?

that's too bad, but no suprise.

Gary has been slowly running it into the ground for years...and doesn't much seem to care anyway. If it wasn't for Juan and his wife...who are just GREAT people...Mekan would have been over LOOOONG ago. Maybe the end has finally come. That's too bad.

uh-oh. That's not exactly waht I was hoping to hear.

Got a friend who needs custom shoes for bunions and arthritis in the feet.

I wouldn't send them anything...you may never see it again. Bummer.

I'm headed down that way this afternoon...I'll pop by, and see what's up.

Hopefully...they are there, and Gary just "forgot" to pay the phone bill.

My experience with Mekan was all good. Somehow I lost his cell phone number though, DOH! Have not talked to him in a few years.

yup.

up till a few years back...all seemed A OK, just in the past few that it started to slide.

Drove buy and the joint was all locked up. hmmmmm.

garys daughter died in a car wreck. unfortunately he disipeared into a drunken stupor. he lost his child, shop, wife and everything and about died in a bottle. last I heard he was trying to get his life together agin in butte mt. I hope he is doing well, he realy was a good guy
