Paul is as sharp and funny as ever.

He is doing well, living in Tasmania with his family, and keeps finding new adventures despite his disability.

His tagline:"Disabled not Unable - Adventurer, Author, Speaker on pushing life to the limit; disabled or not."

Check out his link, and be sure to help with the Pozible funding for his movie if you can.

I was in Indian Creek a number of years ago in a campground with Paul. He was just beginning to do longer walks after his accident. It was painful watching him move but I remember his broad smile after he just completed a six mile hike. No quit in that guy!

Reading The Totem Pole right now--truly amazing what he went through. The trike adventure around Everest is wild as well.

Missed this 1st time around.

I never heard of Paul's accident nor his amazing fight to recover from it.
On a related note, I climbed with John Ewbank, back in 1968, around the time he did the 1st ascent of the Totem Pole.

I just watched this documentary on Paul's return to the Totem Pole. Truly inspiring story of this man's recovery after such a devastating injury.

This is the link again.. http://www.abc.net.au/austory/content/2015/s4418718.htm
