If they're in good shape, that's not a bad deal. Less than $30 a cam plus 11 biners. Especially if they are C4's, but I'll assume they are not since the post calls them camalots.
Now, if the cams are old enough that the slings need replaced, that would add enough that I'd probably look elsewhere
