A couple of months ago, my climbing partner and I decided that we'd finally check out Transformer Wall up at Courtright Reservoir. We took some time on the first day to explore the upper tier, then returned the next day determined to climb on the lower tier. Upon reaching the bottom, the climbing looked a little more daunting than we had anticipated. Combined with a lack of information on how protected (or not) the routes were, we reluctantly hiked back up to the upper tier and climbed out from there.

Does anyone have any first hand information on the lower tier routes? It looks like some interesting and adventurous climbing. I'm mostly curious what the protection is like. Thanks.

Dude, you were there! You should have been able to see for yourself what the protection options were like!
