Time to buy a new pair of trekking shoes. I have worn out numerous pairs of various brands over the years and now am getting ready to go to Tanzania and Kilimanjaro. Anyone have experience with the Arcteryx Acrux? I tried some on today and they were extremely comfortable, and I liked the liner concept. Thoughts?

I went through two pairs of Arcteryx bora2 boots in less than 40 days, first pair the toe area delaminated, the second pair a structural rivet sheered on a lacing lock. Arcteryx has some innovative ideas going on with their footwear, but still need to a lot of refining on their product. I went back to La Sportiva.
