Man that really sucks, he was doing something to keep others from getting injured and ended up passing away himself. Sorry to friends and family for this loss.

Sorry to hear about this. Condolences to the friends and family.

Given the 90% humidity and 90 degree weather year round with heavy rainfall and several typhoons a year, I'm not surprised that bolts would fail.

It seems a case of no good deed goes unpunished.

Matt was a client of mine, and though I never met him face-to-face (I didn't even know he was one of our tribe until getting this news), he was always a pleasure to work with. RIP.
