I was just at Refugio a week ago with a mask and spear, this sux.


But, I guess here on the central coast its not about 'if', but rather 'when'.

So far, Gaviota, Hollister Ranch and Jalama are ok. Refugio and El Captain are closed thru the weekend.
I think further closures will depend on how quickly they can contain whats already been spilled.
