If you're like me and have no gym and don't get to climb enough then try this hangboard app. I used to hate the hangboard and now I look forward to it. Pre-programmed workouts that you can edit or create your own.

Just sharing since I wish I knew about it sooner. It's been a couple months and I've had huge improvements.

I have apple and don't know if it's on android. Also don't remember if it was free or a couple bucks. Search Digit Trainer and see.

That's all, climb on good people...

I'm fairly confident that some use SuperTopo and their local keyboard for awesome "digit trainer" workouts. …can't say that I've seen much improvement, however.

Great! I never pay for apps, but I bought this one, I figure at least the money looks like its going to a climber.

I have already emailed them asking that they add a feature where I can add grip types, or at least add Small, Medium and Large Pinches for those of us using the Trango Rock Prodigy Hangboard.

I thought "digit trainer" is what you call an old dead iPhone. You just get a caulking gun and glue it to a wall, and pull away on your instant crimpers. And when you get more advanced, don't need the feet smearing on the walls to help, you reinstall it above a doorway.
