I saw a screening of the nearly finished Metanoia in SLC last month. Likely the best climber biography movie ever. The movie is well worth attending and the folks involved need & deserve all the support that the outdoor community can generate.

Icelass, you should post this over on Mountain Project as well since there are more Colorado folks over there compared to ST.

The URL given above and used with Paypal results in a receipt from Jeff and Connie but there is a time lag.

I was too impatient I guess as I suspect this event will soon be sold out.

If you want to be there, don't delay!

Just ran into Jeff and Connie at a restaurant in Louisville. Sheesh, Jeff is looking good (Connie too, for that matter)! They've been flying and attending one premiere after another for several weeks now.

Thanks for the heads up!

I just got confirmation from Connnie that she is in charge of both methods of paying - through the foundation donation page and the film page and that there should be no problems with either one.

As soon as the Boulder trust funders and yuppies find out about this, those tickets will go fast. If you want to be represented in the climbing contingent, don't delay!

Glad to hear that the film is so good! I wonder if there will be showings in CA? I'd be happy to attend a premiere if I'm in town, even though I'll be getting a free download from the Kickstarter campaign. It would be great to see if we could get a large group together for a premiere in CA!

Would love to catch this on the left coast. Tried to look up dates/venues but to no avail. Would love to hear an update on that ever if anyone has link/info.

Yeah, I have perused the websites, but I'm either blind or they don't have any dates/venues up yet that are within my range. All good, I will be waiting and watching with bated... mind? Guess the pre-order of the DVD will have to do.

OK, here's the skinny on Metanoia DVD's. If you kickstarted on round 2 (round one did not reach it's funding goal and so they didn't pull a cent out of your CC despite you signing up and your kind offer to gift it), expect swag or in this case (if you coughed up enough) a DVD summer of 2015. If you want to wait, do nothing and by 2016 sometime the unwashed public can buy the DVD. If you can't wait that long and are cursing yourself for not having the scratch to help fund the film via kickstarter back when, do not fear: you can still toss $50 his way and Jeff will send a signed DVD summer 2015. Go here to sign up now for that:

In Boulder, us regular peeps can get into the US premier for $12 (ticket + fee) at this site for Boulder Intl. Film Fest. Such a deal for the real deal (Jello) and what is an epic story and well made film!
