I'm guessing it was shot during 2011, a huge snow year in the mountains.
I haven't read about it, but just viewed it in 3-D at Decker's upstairs.

Thanks for posting that Mouse.. Enjoyed it. There were a few shots I was surprised he didn't include, such as the deep pools above Tuolumne Lodge, with their blues and greens, or the potholes above Chilnualna falls. Plus I would have liked to have seen more shots of the high country lakes. Some of my favorite places in the park. But I guess that you can't include everything in a 40 minute film.
The vimeo page says it was filmed over 13 years. I lived 24 years in the park and recognized most of the shots, but a few did escape me. I sure love Yosemite.
