I am heading west, leaving the Gunks on Sunday and taking the slow boat west. Expect to get there about the last week of November.

Do ya think I should buy a multimeter?

I have always liked driving and driving my Ford Econoline was the finest experience of any wheeled adventure.

I loved listening to Wes Montgomery, especially when heading west toward Merced from the Valley or from Merced to Monterey.

I'm on the road - first stop....Ellenville, to update online - hahah. This was planned, for those who wonder.

I stopped at this place in Kerhonkson that makes pierogies ( http://www.facebook.com/pages/Helena-Specialty-Foods/111863455497088 ) and got two orders - so I will be having periogies for Blinner(breakfast/lunch/dinner) for the next three days. it looks like....

Then, my plan was to stop in Ellenville and do my daily email/online carp, and so as you can see, I am on schedule! Will go only to around the Deleware Water Gap today.

Gnome in the....I don't believe I know who you are. Can you let me know, please?

Multimeter - I was reading multimeters before I was in first grade. )Sheeesh.... My dad had multimeters, solder guns, wood lathes, a sheet metal shop(now THOSE were fun machines - and not a one of us 8 kids ever lost a pieces of a finger laying with them...Do I comprehend what I seeing when I read a multimeter? Hell no. Is it a requirement of some sort to be worthy?

Thank you all for the good wishes - will keep a running update as I travel.
