Not mine; just passing on the info...
Here's a list of what was in his trunk, all in a black BD Hollowpoint backpack & a red/grey Deuter backpack:
-Red Sterling 35m gym rope
-Blue GriGri1 w/ DMM locker & Mammut ATC w/ DMM locker
-Petzl Calidris harness w/ Organic bag & BD Momentum DS harness
-La Sportiva Mythos 41's, Evolv Bandit 10
-BD Positron quickdraws x8
-Black BD Vector helmet
-BD cams 2 each size .4-#2 - one each .3 & #3, X4 offset .1/.2 & .2/.3, Omega Link cam size 1
-Set of scratched up BC stoppers
-Several non lockers, ovals, lockers. Mainly BD & Petzl
-3 20 foot loops of cordelette & slings/random anchor gear.
-Metolius Personal Anchor System (PAS)

because they were going climbing at the bouldering gym...DUH!

But seriously (he said but hahahahaha) that's why I only carry my gear when going climbing. A friend had his broken into and climbing gear stolen at a library. He hadn't used the gear for a couple of weeks. he just had it in the car.

Maybe not far from the truth. Here's a story from a few years ago:
Valley Giant=good for MORE than just OW! (stolen gear tale)
(The title refers to the fact that initially the police weren't interested in pursuing the case, but the fact that Jake had a [relatively uncommon] Valley Giant helped convince them that the gear offered on Craiglist was his, resulting in the sting operation.)
